
So since restaurants aren't going to do it for us, we need to learn to LEAVE FOOD ON THE PLATE. There is no rule that just because it's in front of us that we must eat it. Eat half of your meal and then save the rest for a snack in a few hours, since we should be eating every three hours anyways. And then hopefully w
e can start learning what a normal portion size should look like and start preparing our own meals correctly instead of fashioning them after the bad example set by restaurants.
